A place on the trip is reserved with a deposit of €200 (payable to the sole trader's account in hryvnia at the exchange rate at the time of payment or in euros if you are abroad). After that, we will add you to the group. The remaining amount is payable upon meeting on the first day of the tour.
Our groups consist of 4 to 8 people plus a guide. The average age of participants is 25-43 years old. We have no age restrictions, the main thing is that you enjoy walking and active recreation. The groups are mostly mixed, with both men and women. Couples also choose us and join our trips.
In the event of cancellation/refusal of travel on your part, a refund is possible if a replacement for your place can be found at the full price. In all other cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation of the trip by the organisers, all funds paid will be refunded in full. Refunds take up to 10 working days.
After booking, we will create a convenient chat for all tour participants. This will be your main source of information before the trip begins. We will send you a video that will familiarise you with the preparations and all stages of the trip. This will help you easily organise all the details so that you can fully enjoy every moment of our adventure together.
Every day we prepare breakfast together at home. On some tours, we also prepare dinner, if desired.
You can also choose an individual approach: buy food in shops, cook exclusively for yourself, enjoy evenings in restaurants or bars. For lunch, we take light snacks and visit local establishments to get acquainted with traditional cuisine.
We usually choose double rooms. Sometimes, on exotic tours, there may be triple or quadruple rooms, but in separate rooms. Please check the details for each tour separately. Madeira always offers double rooms. Single rooms are available for an additional fee.
I select cosy houses, apartments or villas near key locations for you so that you can enjoy your trip to the fullest. There is always a view of the mountains or the ocean, and houses with terraces or swimming pools are always a priority when choosing accommodation.
1. Strangers come on the tour, but we immediately create a space of safety, acceptance and warmth.
2. All participants are equal — regardless of age, experience or character.
3. We communicate with respect, without judgement, pressure or conflict.
4. Everyone has the right to be themselves and choose a level of communication that is comfortable for them.
5. We respect personal boundaries and do not force participation in conversations or activities.
6. Support, mutual assistance and sincerity are accepted in the group.
7. Any misunderstandings are resolved calmly and with care for one another.
8. Negativity, disparagement, and toxic behaviour are not appropriate for the format of the trip.
9. Medical insurance — we require an insurance policy covering all activities for all participants.
10. We value live communication, shared emotions and the feeling of belonging to a circle of friends.
